Although he is not one of the main names in the voting intention polls for the presidency, Partido Novo’s candidate João Amoêdo took the lead of a new ranking in the past few weeks: Facebook engagement. Since the start of the electoral campaign on August 16 until last Monday (27), Amoêdo’s official page on the network mobilized almost 4.9 million likes, comments, reactions and shares. Amoêdo, Lula and Jair Bolsonaro have built some distance from the other candidates so far.
